When McDonald's planned its new store, it decided that it would be more than that: it would be a gift to Avenida Paulista, to São Paulo.
To build the new space, the largest fast-food chain in the world opted for an innovative process, a technology
based on wood with less carbon emissions and much less environmental impact.
The result is a sustainable space, good for customers and everyone. We at Noah are very proud to be part of this work, from conception to construction.
With this new McDonald's, Paulista breathes sustainability, innovation and technology. Breathe new air.
MONTE ASTRAL WINERY – RIO GRANDE DO SUL

It's time for Rio Grande do Sul to breathe new air. A pure, innovative, technological and sophisticated air.
With an area of 470m², Ostara was made with renewable material, generated little construction waste and had its engineered wooden structure completed in just 29 days.
ARVOREDO – RESIDENTIAL LAUNCH
The Arvoredo condominium is a residential launch by Noah, there are just 6 residences with 4 floors each, the square footage varies from 390 to 466m².
Despite being a condominium, access is private, each house has its own. In addition, there is provision for an individual elevator per unit. This way, the only thing you will need to share with your neighbors will be the incredible sunset view.
