WOODEN ENVIRONMENTS CONTRIBUTE TO PRODUCTIVITY

This is because exposed wood makes people feel more connected to nature, according to the Workplaces, Wellness and Wood report, by Australian Pollinate, published in February 2018.

ADVANTAGES OF WOOD IN CONSTRUCTION

  • Today, there are international cases of construction time reduction of up to 50% in the construction schedule. The parts are prefabricated, industrially, so there is a great reduction in time in the executive process.

  • With the forestry process we guarantee the conscious use of certified wood. The process is designed for commercial use of wood, but protecting the original biomes.

    Furthermore, wood, as it is renewable and capable of storing carbon, is a smart alternative to concrete and steel, non-renewable and polluting materials.

  • The structure is precisely designed so that the parts arrive at the site and are assembled. This way, there is no waste of materials.

Wood acts as a CO² sequestrant, making it an important asset for environmental and economic sustainability. Using wood as a building material offers a unique combination of efficiency, strength, safety, design and environmental benefits to deliver value across the entire construction ecosystem.

CLT is produced by gluing strips of laminated timber at 90-degree angles to each other, before being compressed into huge beams or panels under extreme pressure.

Glulam is produced by gluing strips of laminated wood in parallel layers that maintain the durability and sustainability of buildings.

Antes do mercado imobiliário atuou por 11 anos no mercado financeiro, na área de Investment Banking, tendo participado de inúmeras operações de IPO, M&A e mercado de capitais.

CEO & Fundador

Entusiasta e parceiro de startups, atua há 12 anos na área de games e tecnologia. É Game Developer, Game Designer e contribui com a expertise de UX em todas as empresas que atua. É cofounder da Terracota Ventures, da Construtech Angels. CTO da Noson Inc. de San Francisco/Califórnia, Board Member da Play2Sell e da Ilog Tecnologia. Atuou como Head de Tecnologia e Produtos na Softplan e na Construtech Ventures. Diretor da Animaking e consultor de inovação de diversas empresas de tecnologia e games.

Mais de 12 anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário. Foi Diretor Financeiro da Cipasa Desenvolvimento Urbano, onde atuou entre os anos de 2011 e 2019. Empreendedor, é sócio fundador da JM Logística, Predimobi – Inteligência em Carteira Imobiliária, e do projeto Republic – Empower People. É formado em Economia pela UFFRJ (Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro), com pós-graduação pelo INSPER em finanças corporativas (CFM).

CFO

Atua em Marketing e Comunicação há mais de 18 anos com ampla passagem pelo mercado imobiliário. Foi diretora de marketing na Alfa Realty, empresa de incorporação alto padrão em São Paulo e gerente nacional de lançamentos da Rossi Residencial. Formada em Publicidade e Propaganda pela UNISINOS, tem experiência em agências de comunicação, branding e packaging atendendo clientes nacionais e globais. Empreendedora e consultora, também é sócia da Extintor, Empresa de Soluções em Comunicação.
