Using processed wood know as Mass Timber, as a building material offers a unique combination of efficiency, strength, safety, beauty and amazing environmental benefits to deliver great value across the entire building ecosystem.
CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) is produced by gluing strips of laminated wood at 90-degree angles to each other before being compressed under extreme pressure. It is used for slabs or panels.
Glulam is produced by gluing laminated wood strips in parallel layers, used for pillars and beams in the construction process providing durability and sustainability to the buildings.

Nico is a partner and investor at Alfa Realty, a company that operates in the high-end residential development market in Sao Paulo and was a partner at FinCapital, the holding company that created and set up CrediHome, a company that's revolutionizing the way people uses real estate financing in Brazil. Prior to real estate, he worked for 11 years in the financial market, with Investment Banking, having participated in several IPOs, M&As and capital market operations.

Enthusiast and startup partner, Adir has been working in the games and technology area for 12 years. Adir is a Game Developer, Game Designer and contributes with his UX expertise to all the companies he works for. Adir is also the co-founder of Terracota Ventures, owned by Construtech Angels, CTO of Noson Inc. from San Francisco/California, Board Member of Play2Sell and Ilog Tecnologia. He served as Head of Technology and Products at Softplan and Construtech Ventures, director of Animaking and innovation consultant for several technology and game companies.

With more than 12 years of experience in the Real Estate Market, Magno was the CFO of Cipasa Desenvolvimento Urbano, where he worked between 2011 and 2019. As an entrepreneur, Magno is a founding partner of JM Logística, Predimobi - Inteligência em Carteira Imobiliária, and the Republic project - Empower People. Magno also holds a degree in Economics from UFRRJ (Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro), with a postgraduate degree from INSPER in corporate finance (CFM).

Cintia's been working in Marketing and Communication for over 18 years, with extensive experience in the Real Estate Market. She was the marketing director of Alfa Realty, a high-end real estate development company in Sao Paulo and National Launch Manager at Rossi Residencial. Graduated in Advertising from UNISINOS, Cintia has experience in communication, branding and packaging agencies serving national and global clients. Entrepreneur and consultant, she's also a partner at Extintor, a Communication Solutions Company.
